Every Wild Print piece is created to order, produced locally, and finished by hand. Because of this, our returns and shipping policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate, while protecting the care that goes into each piece.
If something isn’t right, we encourage you to contact us; we’re always happy to help.
Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver to lodges, villas, and residences within Hoedspruit.
Delivery timelines begin once payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are delivered via our trusted courier partners.
If additional delivery information is required, the courier may contact you directly.
If you are departing soon or have special delivery constraints, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Inspecting your order
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your print or frame arrives:
damaged
defective
incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@wildprint.co.za, including photos where possible. We will assess the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it.
Returns & non-returnable items
Because all Wild Print products are made to order, certain items are non-returnable:
Printed artworks
Personalised plaques
These items are custom-produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or restocked.
However, this does not affect your rights if:
your order arrives damaged
there is a production defect
we have made an error in fulfilling your order
In these cases, we will make it right.
Frames:
Frames may be returned only if:
the incorrect size or finish was ordered unintentionally
the frame is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Additional courier fees may apply for collection and re-delivery of the corrected item
All frame returns must be requested in advance by contacting support@wildprint.co.za.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure a replacement is to:
Request a return (where applicable)
Place a new order once the return is approved
This allows us to begin production without delay.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
we will notify you of the outcome
approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
